This list is a list of everything humans need to be happy. As you can see, there are 15 things needed to give up before you can become completely happy. Although this may not relate to you, but just try doing most of these things for a day and see how happy you were before and how happy you are now. This can soon become a habit and change your life. Depression and sorrow will never reach you again.
