Hey, it's Rahul here, giving you all that's there to one of the greatest games ever played-HOCKEY.  I am a hockey addict myself, and a crazed Toronto Maple Leafs fan.  I will be talking to you about weird, awesome, and funny things going on in the NHL while giving you some info on the leafs.

The Kings Of The NHL

Yippee Ki yay! The 2014 Stanley Cup winners are....the Los Angeles Kings!  After a thrilling game 5 match for both teams, the kings win it in the 2nd OT from a 3 on 2 chance.  Mr. Game Seven, Alex Martinez shot the puck in the net off a rebound creating all of LA including the stadium erupt.  The Kings won the series 4-1 and will probably be showing to off in their home town.  Here are the scores for the whole series-

Game 1= 3-2 LA wins in OT
          2= 5-4 LA wins in 2nd OT
3= 3-0 LA wins in regulation time and not OT
4= 2-1 New York wins in regulation time and not OT
          5= 3-2 LA wins in 2nd OT
There it is, the final scores for the 2013-14 season. I'm so sad!  Anyways, I want to say that Martin St. Louis pushed his hardest and tried his best on and off ice even with his mom who passed away.  In some ways New York sort of deserved the cup but LA was definitely the better team (this year).  So that's it and see you in the pre-season.  For more info on the series on the NHL.com

First Half Of 2nd Round

posted May 14, 2014, 2:44 PM by Unknown user   [ updated May 15, 2014, 7:46 AM ]

If you read my first blog on the playoffs, you would know that I was totally off with the finalists of the Stanley Cup.  Just to let you know, I have an excuse, when doing the bracket challenge on the NHL site (try it), I was following the standings to show who would win. Now that I know the standings has nothing to do with the playoffs, I say the finalists will either be Chicago and Boston or Chicago and Montreal.  Something new I am starting is that I will give props to the best player and goalie of each series and some times even the best team of the round so far so here are the final scores of the first 2 series that are already done-
Chicago vs. Minnesota
Game 1= 5-2 Chicago
           = 4-1 Chicago
           = 4-0 Minnesota
           = 4-2 Minnesota
           = 2-1 Chicago
           = 2-1 Chicago
Winner- Chicago
Player Props- Patrick Kane
Goalie Props- Corey Crawford
New York Rangers vs. Pittsburgh
Game 1= 3-2 New York
            = 3-0 Pittsburgh
            = 2-0 Pittsburgh
            = 4-2 Pittsburgh
            = 5-1 New York
            = 3-1 New York = 2-1 New York
New York
Player Props- St. Louis
Goalie Props- Henrik Lundqvist

Today, I wanted to talk about the last outdoor stadium series game of 2014 which was between the Ottawa Senators and the Vancouver
Canucks in the Heritage Classic. The action happened in the BC
Place Stadium on Sunday, March 2nd.  The game had an exciting first period as Senator's Zack Kassian and Jason Garrison scored the first 2 goals but Ottawa's Erik Karlsson and Clarke MacArthur coming up to tie it.  Ottawa's Cody Ceci gave Ottawa the lead and then Colin Greening scored a late third period goal to put the Sens away with the lead.  I also wanted to talk about the Roberto Luongo deal with the Florida panthers. Luongo, who is 34 years old, was traded to from Vancouver to Florida for netminder Jacob Markstrom and forward Shawn Matthias.  Luongo has already played for the Panthers from 2000 to 2006.

YOLO!

I think YOLO means a thing good because it gives you more drive to do more with your life.  If somebody says "I'll do it later."  You won't be able to because you only live once.  It makes you want to do more with your life such as doing something crazy.  If I actually had no responsibilties and I was the only person on the planet, I would probably do the CN tower walk or something......

What I Would Do With All The Money In The World!

...........If I had all of the money in the world, I would travel all of the world in the biggest boat and the biggest plane ever. When I would be done, I would buy every single game in the world and play them all in a 900 billion dollar building of my own. Once I finished having so much fun, I would give 3/4 of my money that is left to every charity in the world! This is what I would do with all the money in the world!......

Why Our Students Should Walk-To-School

posted Oct 29, 2013, 7:35 AM by Unknown user   [ updated Nov 3, 2013, 1:57 PM ]

I think middle school students should walk to school because it is important to save our enviroment escpecially because our school is right beside a huge area of land. If you lived far away, you could bike to school. If you absolutely have to use  a car to get to RTMS, then could try to walk or bike more to other places.

What I Would Run For!

............I think I would run for all the kids that can not play hockey. I would do this because it is important to help kids to achieve their dream. I if you could not get the push you need to achieve your dream, you would not believe you can........
